Payment is possible via (online) bank transfer, Bancontact, KBC Payment and Belfius Direct Net. Only online payment is possible. Cash payments on collection or delivery are currently not accepted for online orders.

That is possible. You simply enter a different delivery address at checkout. Delivery is only possible to a Belgian physical address (so not via a PO Box, for example). We may first verify the delivery address if it differs from the address of your payment method.
Note: If the delivery address is outside the region of free delivery, while your order address is in the region, delivery costs will still be charged.

Yes, that‘s possible. At the checkout, simply tick "I require an invoice". Since we only deliver in Belgium, it is NOT possible to purchase online VAT-free (for export).

It is of course always possible that you are not at home when your order is presented. Then the courier will leave a message in your mailbox for a second offer. You can arrange a new offer through the courier website, or by phone through the courier call center.

If more than twice the package has been unsuccessfully presented, the package will be returned to us. We will notify you, and you can then choose to collect it free of charge from our warehouse, or have it re-shipped at a (again) shipping cost (also for orders above the order threshold for free delivery, a new shipment will be charged a fee ).

To ensure that your order is carefully delivered, we only use our own delivery service and external courier services. Other shipping options are currently not possible.

The standard delivery time is stated for each product. When your order is in stock with us, it usually ships the next business day and we do our very best to deliver your order to your address within the delivery time.

If your order is not in stock, or has a longer delivery time, you will be notified by e-mail.

You will receive an email from us as soon as your order has been shipped. In this email you will find the tracking link (if available by the delivery service) to track your delivery online.

Our shipping rates include postage, handling & packaging costs. In our region we take care of the delivery ourselves. For other regions, our packages are sent via courier service or via our own delivery service. The rate for shipping within Belgium can always be found at the checkout (after you have entered your address).
